These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, including checkout pages operated by Stripe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This website is hosted on Namecheap. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify contents at any time.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are a current client under contract, you will be informed 14 business days prior to any price changes affecting future contracts.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

All products and services sold by THE EMPIRE CIRCLES are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing any product or service, you fully acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

When you enroll in any program, whether private mentorship, mastermind, group coaching, or membership container, you commit to the full duration of the program as outlined on the sales pages and during checkout. Early exits are not permitted. You are to complete the full duration and the full payment of what you’ve purchased. 

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information for all purchases and to promptly update your information.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” basis without warranties. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party materials or websites linked to from our site.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

By submitting comments, you grant us unrestricted rights to use, edit, and publish such content without obligation or compensation.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice that you no longer wish to use our services. However, termination of the agreement does not absolve you of any payment obligations. You remain fully liable for all outstanding and remaining payments for any program, service, or contract you have entered, regardless of termination.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will still be responsible for all unpaid amounts owed up to and including the full contract value.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Europe.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

SECTION 20 – REFUNDS

All purchases are 100% non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be provided for any reason.

SECTION 21 – PAYMENT PLANS & PROGRAM OBLIGATIONS

You are responsible for paying the full amount of any program you purchase, even if you do not participate or complete the program.

If you elect a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

If you are unable to pay in full and later wish to exit, you remain liable for any outstanding balance and the difference between full price and any payments made.

If payments are late beyond 7 business days, we reserve the right to remove you from programs and mentorship until payments are current. We may terminate your access entirely if payments remain outstanding.

Memberships may be paused; however, private mentoring, masterminds, and group coaching programs with set contract durations may not be paused or cancelled once enrolled.

By accepting these terms, you agree to not dispute any charges after payment is made.

SECTION 22 – PROGRAM COMMITMENTS AND CONTRACT LENGTHS

When you sign a contract for 3, 6, or 12 months of private mentorship, mastermind, group coaching, or membership, you fully commit to the entire contracted duration. These timeframes are intentionally structured to create the best client outcomes.

Early exits or withdrawals from these programs are not permitted once enrolled.

If you are on a monthly installment plan, you are obligated to pay all installments for the full contract length. You may request to terminate your payments only after completing a minimum of 90 calendar days in the program and by submitting written notice at least 30 business days in advance of the desired termination date.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance for any payments made toward these programs.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in immediate suspension or removal from the program, while still remaining fully liable for the unpaid balance.
