IS 1-1 COACHING IDEAL FOR ME IF I AM JUST STARING
Yes. Ideally I would have loved to have done 1-1 when I transitioned from being a freelancer to being a full-time business owner. Group coaching is great, but if you can afford and commit to 1-1 coaching for a longer period of time you will get results faster.
I AM NOT JUST STARTING. I WANT TO SCALE TO 6 AND MULTIPLE 6-FIGS. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?
Yes. If you're scaling from 5 to 6 and multiple 6 figures, having 1-1 support is the best way to guarantee results.
I AM SCALING FROM 6 TO 7 FIGURES AND BEYOND.

WHAT'S THE BEST PACKAGE FOR ME?
Ideally, if you are looking for deep, transformational 1-1 support, I highly recommend nothing shorter than 6 months of coaching. Depending on how fast you want to grow, you can choose whether we will meet 2 or 3 times a week. Those who meet me 4 times a week scale much faster. Many of my 1-1 clients who do 2 calls a month with me shift to 3 calls. If you are currently on the fence, I recommend either having a once-off call with me before we start. I have to be transparent though and share that some people get results from 1 call only, yet others need more sessions and deeper work. After knowing where you are now and auditing your business and where you want to be, I can immediately tell you which package is the best for you.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM WORKING 1-1 WITH YOU, AYO?
I have 13 years of experience working with businesses so you will get real business coaching and not fluff. This has allowed me to build a solid framework in my coaching. I incorporate different modalities as a certified trauma-informed business coach and Emotion Code practitioner. My world is very well organized, so you can expect tight systems and predictability. You will know exactly what our time together will look like. But I am also very intuitive and tapped into my feminine energy in business, so we will also work on mindset and energetics. I deliver a holistic, 360 approach that supports different areas of your life so that you can have a thriving business. Note, however, I am not a therapist. That means if you need coaching and therapy you might want to combine both.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY
When you sign up with me for long-term coaching, I close my calendar for you and book that time for you. I free not only my time, but I also want to make sure I have enough energy to support you. In the meantime, when I have interest from other people and ideas for new projects I have to say no, because you are my priority.
After we set clear expectations on both ends and outline the journey we will go on together, I expect we will both act with full integrity.
I have a certain level of understanding for life crises, and I've paused payment plans for people going through death, divorces, depression, identity loss, etc. If I have promised something that wasn't delivered on my end, I am happy to refund you. But if we haven't agreed on that, I am not aware of it and you have never communicated with me, unfortunately, I am not your person. Rest assured that we will sign a service agreement that reassures your rights as well.
